Booking, confirmation and payment

In order to secure your function a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $10 per person is required within 14 days of making a tentative booking. You function will be confirmed once the deposit is paid. Where upon the deposit has not been received within this period, management reserves the right to cancel your function and will re-allocate the room without notice.

Confirmation of the menu and final numbers is required 5 working days prior to the function. This number will represent the minimum numbers for which you will be charged. In the event of an increase or decrease in numbers the restaurant reserves the right to re-allocate the function to another suitable area.

Full payment is required on the day of the function. Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque, or credit card. Personal cheques and Company cheques will not be accepted.

Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed; however these may be subject to alteration without notice. Please note, in the event your function falls on a public holiday, a surcharge of 10% will apply to your bill. All prices quoted are G.S.T inclusive.

Room Hire/Minimum Packages
Sorelle Restaurant does not charge room hire; however minimum spends are required to be met to have exclusive use of Restaurant function areas on Friday nights, Saturday nights and Sunday Lunches.
The Atrium: $1000.00 minimum food and $500.00 minimum beverage
The Main Dining room: $4500.00 minimum food $1500 minimum beverage

Due to liquor Licencing Laws, all functions will finish no later than midnight.



Sorelle Restaurant holds a Restaurant Licence. This licence does not allow entertainment to be played without consent of the Liquor Licencing Commissioner. If you are requiring any live entertainment an application must be submitted to the Commissioner through the venue no later than 6 weeks prior to your function. Sorelle accepts no responsibility for any applications submitted later than the 6 weeks. The liquor Licencing Commissioners decision is final and Sorelle accepts no responsibility for monies lost from such decisions.

Due to strict licensing regulations, all musicians/entertainment must be approved by the Sorelle management prior to your function. Sorelle reserves the right to control all sound levels at your function. Sorelle is a multi-use venue, sound levels cannot be guaranteed.

Legal Obligations/Damages
Clients are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the restaurant by the client, client guests, or invitees or other persons attending the function. Sorelle does not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained to any persons as a result of equipment installed in the Restaurant by the client or parties acting on behalf of the client. We accept no responsibility for any gifts, goods or any other items during a function or left behind at the conclusion of a function.
No items are to be adhered to any wall, door or other part of the building unless the Restaurant has granted prior permission.
No form of confetti is permitted on Restaurant property, including the carpark, without prior consent from Restaurant management. General cleaning requirements following the function is included, however if cleaning requirements are judged to be excessive, a clean up fee of a minimum $150 will be charged depending on the state of the facility after the function.

Depending on the type of function, some functions may attract a charge for security. The restaurant’s preferred Security Company used by the restaurant is the only security to be used in such circumstances. It is understood that the client will conduct their function in an orderly manner, in full compliance with management and applicable laws. The Restaurant practices responsible service of Alcohol and reserves the right to exclude or eject any individual who behaves in an objectionable manner.
