GOYA are a 3-piece metal band from Phoenix, AZ founded in 2011 by guitarist/vocalist Jeff Owens, along with drummer Nick Lose and bassist Sonny DeCarlo. Having played in punk bands for most of his life, Jeff draws from influences including Electric Wizard, Sleep, and Black Sabbath to form an outfit Doomed & Stoned says, “isn’t just some band that plays heavy riffs for the sake of playing heavy riffs… there is a narrative that is part and parcel of every song. Few bands can provide quality on this level,”
2016 marks Goya’s fifth year, and sees their latest EP, The Enemy, getting a deluxe vinyl release through STB Records, who also released their 2015 full-length, Obelisk. While The Enemy has already been made available digitally, there really is no better way to experience the record than via STB’s glorious limited edition vinyl treatment.
Limited to 350 units on 180-gram solid black vinyl, available worldwide, at local record shops, and via Kozmik Artifacts in Europe and Underground Records in Australia.
