Majestic Mountain Records is thrilled to announce the signing of The Machine! We have been long-time fans of the band and are proud to present their 7th full-length album, ‘Wave Cannon,’ which will be released this May with the full Majestic treatment.
The Machine’s music is a deeply psychedelic blend of finesse and captivating power, with heavy, melodic harmonies and exceptionally cohesive composition that drifts on a grunge-gaze plain. With renewed purpose and inspiration to further explore the core fabric of their trademark heavy grooves, the band is pushing the envelope of texturally atmospheric fuzz and big riffs with a refreshed rhythm section comprised of new members Chris Both (bass) and Klaas Dijkstra (drums), alongside the magnetic guitar and vocal presence of founding member David Eering.
‘Wave Cannon’ features seven fresh and electrifying tracks that redefine The Machine’s sound, without losing their original heavy essence. The entrancing songcraft at its genesis shows The Machine as we have never heard them before, while indulging our love for their original, heavy psychedelic nature.
